'England's Last Wilderness', but they are also ideally placed to
explore the are. The Lake District, Durham City, Hadrian's Wall,
the
Eden Valley and the Yorkshire Dales are all within easy driving distance.
An added feature of Greenends and one which pleases children and
adults
alike is our resident herd of Alpacas, living in a field alongside
the
properties these are intriguing little animals to say the least.

cottage includes facilities such as a well-equipped kitchen, colour
TV,
video, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier,
and we
provide other little touches to ensure your stay is as enjoyable
